Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how Salongraphy users can request deletion of their account and associated data.
Request Deletion
To request deletion, email yashagarwal220607@gmail.com from your registered email address with subject: Salongraphy Account Deletion Request.
Include:
- Your account email (required).
- Your profile name or user ID (if available).
- Whether you want full account deletion or only specific data removed.
What Gets Deleted
- Account profile details (name, bio, phone, location, profile media).
- User-generated content associated with your account where technically feasible.
- Push notification tokens linked to your account.
What May Be Retained
- Limited records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, or regulatory compliance.
- Operational logs and backups retained for a limited period before automatic purge.
Typical retention for required records and backups is up to 90 days unless a longer legal retention period applies.
Timeline
We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification.
